A well maintained knife should last a life time. But what does knife maintenance look like?

KNIFE CARE BASICS

  • HONING

    To maintain sharp knife, it is recommended to hone your knife after each use of your knife.

  • CUTTING SURFACE

    Use only wood, bamboo, epicurean or plastic cutting boards

  • CLEAN & DRY

    Clean and dry it right away. Never put your good knives through the dishwasher.
