Precision machining and hand-made care blend to create a sleek, trustworthy blade. Milled handle contours, digitally controlled heat treatment, and-340 degree, cryogenic tempering make for an impressively tough and comfortable knife while hand grinding, hand assembly and careful design give the paradigm a quality, bespoke feel. Stay sharp.

This knife is 100% handmade in my Western North Carolina shop. The blade is Nitro-V stainless steel, hardened to 61-62 Rockwell Hardness using a digitally controlled kiln and -320° cryogenic treatment to get the absolute maximum performance out of the blade. The handle was sculpted from a block of stabilized maple burl with a copper bolster. It is hair popping sharp and ready for your kitchen.
